A pleasant stay

The reception staff were cute. They offered a map with recommendations. Exploring the area became easier because of the map. The optional breakfast was a decent value. I liked the pleasing eating area. I appreciated the secure and reasonably priced parking.

The room and bathroom was comfortable. Both were clean and correctly sized. I found the room to be quiet and relaxing for sleeping. Beds were made and the room was cleaned every day.

The common areas were appealing. The hotel provided a kitchen that guests could use for free. The hot drinks machine made consistent coffee every morning. There was always a fresh supply of coffee.

I was SO frustrated with this hotel! there was no drinking water in the room, apply, twice. and the walls of the room and even the corridors were dirty. When I asked them to store my suitcase for a few hours after check-out, they charged me. I have never seen anything like this before.

the staff was friendly. they provided maps and guides which i found useful. there is a bar and common areas i could use.
the beds were not very comfortable. i found the metal chair in the room uncomfortable to sit on for long periods. at breakfast, i had to dispose of my used plates and cups.

the room was clean and bright. i found the location perfect, around 15/20 min from the city center. there is a tram really close by. i found the staff very friendly. we checked out and left our bags until 5pm on the luggage room for 7€.

the staff was polite and attentive. they treated me well after i fell on the road twice. i appreciate their kindness and willingness to assist guests in need.

the fruit bowl was a good mix and tasted refreshing. the hot drinks machine made consistent good coffee. the breads selection was good. i enjoyed the fresh tomato and cucumber with avocado paste at breakfast.
